Ah, Hummels. Those little ceramic figurines from Germany that were so popular in the mid-1900's. At one time, the littlest Hummel, 2-3", would sell for upwards of $100 on the secondary market. Today, you'd be lucky to get $10-15. There are exceptions: some of the very large, rare ones will still command a premium of several hundred dollars. But those have to be in mint condition. Any sign of repair or damage (which is sometimes difficult to spot) will kill the value. When trying to value your Hummels, it's best to first check condition, then the mark underneath. Hummels were made for decades and each mark underneath denotes a different time period. As a rule of thumb, the older the better. To get an accurate valuation, check out eBay but only look at "sold" items. Forget about current sales or what people are asking. It's a very weak market.
